These terms govern your use of Roofolio, operated by [שם המפעיל / החברה]. By creating an account you accept them. Questions: support@example.com.
1. The service
A tool for tracking real-estate investments: costs, rent, mortgages and the returns they produce.
2. Not professional advice
Every figure in the app (returns, income tax, purchase tax, mortgage payments, projections) is an estimate based on what you enter and on simplified assumptions. It isn't financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional, such as an accountant, a lawyer or a mortgage advisor.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for activity in your account. You must be 18 or older.
4. Free trial and subscription
New accounts get 7 days free, with one property of their own. After that, using the app requires a subscription: monthly (₪10) or yearly (₪90), or the price shown in the store at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are bought and charged through the App Store or Google Play, renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before, and are managed and cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policy. Without a subscription your data stays saved, and you can still export it or delete your account.
5. Your data
What you enter stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes. You can export it or delete your account at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to use it unlawfully.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and accurate but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change features; material changes to these terms will be announced in the app in advance.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we're not liable for decisions made based on its figures or for indirect damage. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
